Beta Test Agreement

This Beta Test Agreement (“Agreement”) is between AdvizorFlow (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity (“Beta User,” “you,” or “your”) who participates in the AdvizorFlow Beta Program (“Beta Program”).
1. Purpose
AdvizorFlow is providing access to a Beta Version of its statement analyzer tool, which allows financial advisors to upload PDF statements and receive structured Excel data. The purpose of this Beta Program is to test the tool’s performance, security, and usability before a full public
release.
2. Beta Software & Services
- The Beta Version is not a final product and may contain bugs, errors, or missing features.
- The tool does not modify your internal systems or integrate with your existing software.
- You will upload financial data, which we store securely, and you will have access to
processed results
- AdvizorFlow complies with SEC and FINRA security standards.
- All uploaded data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Only authorized personnel have access to stored data.
- We do not share or sell client data.
4. User Responsibilities
By participating in the Beta Program, you agree to:
- Use the Beta Version only for its intended purpose (PDF-to-Excel conversion).
- Provide feedback on issues, errors, or suggestions for improvement.
- Not share Beta access credentials or insights with third parties.
- Ensure that any client data uploaded complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Limitations & Disclaimer
- No Warranty: The Beta Version is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, uptime, or performance.
- No Liability: AdvizorFlow is not responsible for data loss, errors in output, or any financial consequences resulting from the use of the Beta Version.
- Possible Changes: We may modify or discontinue the Beta Program at any time without
prior notice.

- Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
- Upon termination, you will lose access to the Beta Version, and stored data may be deleted.
7. Confidentiality
You have the right to:
- The Beta Version and any related discussions, features, or functionality must remain confidential during the Beta Program.
- You may not disclose any information about the Beta Version to external parties.
8. Feedback & Rights
- Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide may be used by AdvizorFlow to improve the final product.
- We retain all intellectual property rights to the Beta Version and any improvements made based on user feedback.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law
principles

Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By using the Beta Version of AdvizorFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to this Beta Test Agreement.
